It allows a direct connection between the Host Interface and the credit card operators for validation and payment requests.  Increases safety as, in an automatic way, the system requests card validation and automatically processes the payment at Check Out.  Case there are no payment type changes, the Check Out process is faster. Age limit control to access the service. Available Interfaces: 3C and Unicre.

This interface also offers a wide range of services besides the automatic charge post.

Wake up call: This service allows the operator to schedule the wake up time for a guest or group.

Room Status(1): This service allows the maid to update the room status to clean/dirty and inspected / not inspected directly from the room.

Messages: Allows that several notes (ex. Welcome) to be automatically displayed in the guest’s television. Age limit control to access the service.

Basic interface at any kind of installation, it offers a great variety of services, such as:

• Calls being recorded and posted in the guest account;
• Cost control with predefined credit limit;
• Block and unblock an extension with room check in and check out;
• Guest name and nationality supplied to the telephone system for guest identification in the PBX;
• Room Status (1), this service allows the maid to update the room status to clean/dirty and inspected / not inspected directly from the room;
• Wake up call, this service allows the operator to schedule the wake up time for a guest or group, and records if the service was done and any errors;
• Minibar, the operator may use the telephone to register any minibar consumptions in the guest account;
