HostEMS allows you to manage various types of spaces, as far as the capacity is concerned, as well as the placement in them. Multiple spaces can be grouped and may be accompanied by graphic images of the same. Easily the manager adjusts the number of participants to the available spaces according to the dates of the event.
The system allows you to configure various types of technical equipment to be assigned to an event. Alongside their availability is controlled by specific maps to day, hour or fractions of hours.  Each equipment or resource can be indexed to setup methods assigned to each space.  Easily and at any time the manager of the event can learn the evolution of the setup or setdown using one single chart.

By a simple and effective manner, the event manager could monitor its progress from the setup, the event progress and setdown, all from a single screen, which can be updated directly by the various departments.

HostEMS calculates in the form of forecasting all expected revenues for a given event, thus helping the operator to instantly see the true performance of the event.
