Several functions available:

Host PMS allows you to configure various types of cardex, namely, guests, travel agents, companies, CRO’s, groups, among other. To search for a profile, you can use any data field such as name, address, passport number, birth date, etc., meaning quick and easy access to information. The guest’s history gives you detailed and accumulated information about his last stays, such as, last room and rate, as well as his specific requests, preferences, birth date, etc.


You can set default billing instructions for a particular guest at the cardex level, which will be transported later every time a reservation is created for that entity. Insert information on family members of a guest or include multiple contacts per company / agency. Multiple configurable fields to collect information about guests. Prepare and send specific Mailings getting all the data from your database. Mailing and marketing info can be configured to better establish a profile.

This module provides updated information on the room status.

You can manage Out of Order/Out of Inventory rooms. You can verify specific tasks assigned by the reservation to be done in the room or to the guest. Lost and Found management. Maintenance requests for a specific room. Integration with internal e-mail to send tasks to be done.

The Housekeeping module also allows you to control directly the work in progress, by identifying the maids that are working as well as the time spent.

You can issue productivity reports by maid or task.
You can also configure various cleaning types.

The Check Out/Account module in Host PMS guarantees a fast and simple check out process.

From this screen you can also access various other operations such as reservations and payments. The user has the possibility of opening up to four folios or other accounts simultaneously. The charge posting procedure couldn’t be more flexible.

Charge Posting :

Host Touch Check Out makes the charge posting process much easier. With just a simple selection, the user quickly posts a charge in the guest’s account. The charges can be grouped by type to ease the selection.

HostPMS has a module that is specific for allotment contract management.

Allotment management allows for all the combinations of possible release conditions. Define contract price list and billing instructions that will be carried over to reservations. Allotment can be configured to reflect certain external conditions such as flight arrivals. For example for reservations with flights only on Wednesdays, the allotment can be configured to reflect a 7 day limit with 7 days release.

For city hotels, the allotment can be configured for only certain days of the week. Based on the historical performance of the Tour Operator or the Travel Agent, you can differentiate between what is contracted and what is actually allotted thus increasing you optimisation of sales. With this module, allotment reservations are simplified. This due to the introduction of all reservation information being filled in at the contract level.
