This product, entirely developed by Algardata, uses the Primavera Integration Technology (TIP) to access the engines used by the same ERP PRIMAVERA, guaranteeing the data reliability and consistency.

Main Features

The Host Primavera BSS Integrator was developed to allow the daily income accounting, for every document issued in the Hotel Softwares.

  • Charges - You can assign General Accounting, Analytic, Cost Centre, Function Plan and VAT Plan for every Host charge (ex. Lodging, Breakfast, Extra Bed, etc.).
  • Entities - You can assign each Host entity (Travel Agent and/or other entities with city ledger account) the equivalent entity in ERP Primavera BSS.
  • Accounts Receivable - You can transfer into ERP’s Accounts Receivable all credit documents issued at Host systems.
  • Daily Accounting Movement - You can generate daily accounting movements and its print, including daily income and VAT.
  • Petty Cash Documents - Daily receiving posted in Host systems are transferred to ERP Primavera, generating a Petty Cash Document and its accounting.
  • User Functions - You can execute a User Function before and after the integration of each document type, allowing the user to extend the system’s functionalities.
  • Information - You can search in the Host - Primavera BSS Integrator, all document types generated in the ERP, as well as its numbering (Logistics, Petty Cash and Accounting).
