  • Discover Wellness Directly Booking.

Allow your guest to book the Wellness session directly, through Host Digital Keypass, or through your hotel's website, from any device and from anywhere.

  • Host Wellness & Guests Appointments.

With the Host Wellness system, all guests appointments have their data and contact.

  • Meet the Appointment Planning and Wellness Planning: Possible to Add room symbol to planning, if customer is associated to a room reservation.
  • Discover the Planning Screen: In planning screen shows the reservation status, with ability to change. And also, the hotel collaborator can make comments.
  • To a better management in treatment confirmation: the e-mail of guests have the client name per treatment.
  • A new parameter with Host PMS: Possible to show treatments not posted/invoiced in PMS, during the check-out.
  • Possibility to export to excel all the wellness appointments. And, search by clinical process: in segment appointment search.
  • The hotelier can now upload documents in appointment screen. “Attention” Pop Up, is showed by the system, when the same room/space or studio it’s used at the same time.
  • And more: The hotelier can create/edit an appointment based on the guest’s profile screen with new fields.
  • In your Host Wellness system the Statistical Reports- for spa treatments: The “Program Days”, are days of treatments.
  • All treatments have a Human Resource or Space defined. Another new parameter of Host Wellness.
  • The guest can show the preference of Medic or Therapists in their guest profile when choosing the appointment and treatment.
  • Chance in Human Resource to attribute one Physical resource. When using medical appointment and choosing the doctor, the space will be chosen automatically. In the configuration of human resources, this field appears only when the type of human resource is "Medical”, and are medical type fields.
  • For the payments: after a partial credit of SNS the value should be available for invoicing again. Possibility to change payment method, but only on the same hotel date.
  • In SNS Invoicing - it’s possible to see lines of invoice, that have a co-payment discount.
  • With the Medical Appointment screen, the Wellness System can build a clinic report.
  • Management of Thermal - In new Appointment screen is placed interface with Citizen card reader.
  • Host Wellness has a new parameter to identify doctors and therapists.
  • Possibility to sell and redeem voucher via the customer card.
  • Group by date in agenda to facilitate day change view (normal screen and assistant).
    Possibility to post and make agenda for items of type package.
  • The system creates statistical codes for your Thermal Association and Geology Department.
  • Possibility to use two payment methods when charging account card. In Cashbox widget and report, the hotelier can add quantity for each payment, plus the summary of the service.
  • In Invoice history, can be placed a option to show entity of invoice, or treatment.
  • In Wellness Planning

It’s possible to search the Payment Status of the treatment.
Possibility to sell and redeem voucher, via the customer card.

  • It’s possible with wellness systems to do a partial credit note and show treatment dates, of the items credited.
  • Possibility to do read bar codes in wellness invoicing.
  • To a better management in treatment confirmation: the e-mail of guests have the client name per treatment.
